The location here is amazing, with easy access to the gondolas, a restaurant, and a beautiful forest, as well as being close to the ski slopes.

We were in Erzurum for 3 days, had really nice stay, the hotel was clean with best possible and incredibly comfortable location easy to reach the gondolas. Location: the property was so close to the ski slopes and the valley and a mountainy forest. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Polat Erzurum Resort Otel...
Ordered breakfast, it was poor, it should definitely be improved, really.

Comforts of superior room were fabulous - a safe, central heating, and an iron. The hotel's position was best possible and convenient, close enough to a mountainy forest with fantastic natural view experience, restaurant, and the ski slopes and ski rental.

The location was marvellous and incredible in the comfortable area. Appreciated the room with separate beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Make sure to get superior room with separate beds, the additional water, as example. The hotel has the best possible location, close to ski lifts❤😃

The hotel was top quality. the staff were amazingly nice. Marvellous location in a pretty comfortable area. Short walk to the ski slopes and ski rental. A good choice of food options. A good choice of FAB food.
